How would it hold up if it is raining?
Answer: Holds up great
If this is on a concrete slab, will it slip around?
Answer: I don’t think so. We used it on grass and it stayed in place, so I think concrete would be even better. Hope this helps.
If your train is unlined lace, will this catch on the dress?
Answer: No, it shouldn’t. You will still need a train carrier.
